Mövenpick Resort Al Nawras, Jeddah
The sheikh really knows how to treat his guests. We spent a night at the luxurious resort with private swimming pool and 24-hour room service, free-of-charge!
If you're interested for a holiday get away in Jeddah, we'd recommend this resort.
Just Google: Mövenpick Resort Al Nawras
The room rate starts from only MYR1800/night

Umrah & Ziarah 4 (Project briefing in Jeddah)
This trip is actually not in our Umrah & Ziarah itinerary.
Apparently, the billionaire sheikh, Sheikh Abdul Rahman, invited the world's top 10 architects for a competition to design one of his regeneration projects in Mecca. Two out of the ten were from Malaysia, and one of the two was Sue's boss, Dr Ken Yeang.
The briefing was held at the lavish 5 star, Mövenpick Resort Al Nawras in Jeddah.
As you can see, the sheikh took really good care of his guests. We had a feast worth of the royalties for lunch. During the lunch, Ezwan sat beside one of the sheikh's son, Sheikh Tariq, who had a fried chicken franchise in Malaysia called Taza Chicken. It was a great pleasure to be there

Umrah & Ziarah 3 (Madinah)
Day 2 in Medina. Really love it here. Everything was calm & relaxed. Thousands of people come & go in the mosque and yet, there's no chaos, not even a commotion.
MasyaAllah, the mosque is magnificent, even more beautiful at night. The bizarre thing is, it was really hot during the day, yet the marble floor outside the mosque was soothing cold! Subhanallah.

Umrah & Ziarah 2 (Jeddah - Madinah)
Alhamdulillah, we arrived in Medina from Bahrain. The weather was hot as ever. Despite that, there's something about Medina that really serene and calming. Especially, the area around the Nabawi Mosque, where Prophet Muhammad PBUH is buried.
